On February 8, you’re invited to join instructor Katie Walker for the next session of her mobility workshop series which focuses on body maintenance and physical well-being with the goal of increasing flexibility, rehabilitating injuries, and improving quality of life.

The February workshop will focus on the use of medium-resistance pull-up bands to help increase range of motion and decrease joint pain.

You’ll leave the workshop with a better understanding of your problem areas along with techniques you can use at home to help improve performance and heal injuries.

The workshop is open to the public (no membership necessary) and begins at 10:00am.
