At THE STUDIO, our motto is "strong bodies and clear minds." Our goal is to help change lives for the better, both physically and mentally, through martial arts classes, ninja classes, and fitness classes.
When you attend a class at THE STUDIO, you'll notice a difference right away. This is not a "gym," where students are nameless faces in a crowd. Every student is important to us; we provide personal attention to help each student achieve their individual goals and objectives.

Our facility is led by Master Amitis Pourarian, an 8th Degree Black Belt with more than 35 years of teaching experience. Our experienced and passionate instructors are committed to creating a positive, encouraging environment where students are challenged to grow, discover their potential, and accomplish things they may never have thought possible.
Whether someone joins us through Martial Arts, our Ninja Obstacle Course, or one of our Fitness programs, our mission goes far beyond teaching physical skills. We strive to make a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of every child, teen, and adult we serve.

Giving back is an important part of who we are. THE STUDIO proudly supports local and national charitable organizations and regularly brings our community together through service projects, donation drives, fundraisers, and events benefiting individuals and families in need.
