Our Focus weapons class starts a new series May 1. Sign up now to continue or start your training to learn the kamas, bo staff, or sword. Classes will be held on four consecutive Saturday mornings: May 1, 8, 15, and 29. Bo Staff classes will be from 10:30-11am. Kama classes will be from 11-11:30am, followed by sword from 11:30am-noon.
