30 and 30 Fitness Class

Our 30 & 30 fitness class is taught by certified stretch and personal training coach Travis Grosjean.

This class includes 30 minutes of stretching and 30 minutes of workout every on Tuesday/Thursday at 7pm and Saturday morning at 8am.
