Coach Brian Montagnese, Coach Francisco Barajas, and Coach Jose Gomez all earned a chance to tackle the popular TV show’s grueling obstacle course by beating out a huge number of would-be competitors. Approximately 100,000 people sent in applications for a chance to appear on the show, but only 100 applicants from each of six qualifying cities across the country are accepted. And our coaches/ninjas nabbed three of those 100 spots!
Not only is it an amazing accomplishment to be selected from such a huge group of applicants, but this is the second year that all three of our coaches/ninjas have been selected to compete and the third year that Coach Brian and Coach Francisco have been selected.
The trio will go to Tacoma, WA at the end of March to compete in a qualifying round. If they make it through the qualifier, they’ll then move on to the next round of competition. Congratulations and good luck to all of our coaches/ninjas! We’re so proud of you!
