Roseville's Orginal Ninja Warrior Course
THE STUDIO's ninja gym in Roseville started even before ninja warrior training became a nationwide phenomenon.
Long before American Ninja Warrior became a nationwide hit TV show on NBC, it was a cable TV show with a single qualifying and semifinals course. American contestants competed on the course for the honor of traveling to Japan to compete on a Japanese TV show called Sasuke. It wasn't until 2012 that American Ninja Warrior's modern format (with multiple qualifying and semifinals courses in several cities and a fixed finals course in Las Vegas) began. By that time, THE STUDIO's ninja gym in Roseville had already been introducing students to the fun and challenges of a ninja obstacle course for two years.
After watching the original Japanese show, Master Pourarian decided a ninja gym would be a great way to help both kids and adults get fit and have fun, and she opened the first ninja gym in Roseville in 2010 to help kids, teens, and adults develop strength, agility, balance, coordination, confidence, and mental toughness through obstacle-based training. The original gym included a variety of obstacles, and over the years, THE STUDIO added quad steps, a warped wall, and other obstacles to create our current ninja gym in Roseville, which has more than 75 obstacles and has helped multiple STUDIO ninjas compete on the TV show on multiple seasons!
This state-of-the-art Ninja Obstacle Course continues to attract athletes from Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Folsom, Lincoln, and other cities throughout the greater Sacramento area.
