Available as a Single Workshop or Comprehensive 4-Part Series
Students can attend a standalone safety seminar, but we highly recommend our comprehensive 4-part self-defense series for maximum retention, hands-on practice, and real-world preparedness.

Receive personalized instruction tailored to your specific concerns, experience level, and college environment. Private lessons allow for individualized coaching and additional practice in areas where you want the most confidence. - Private Group Workshops
Many students prefer to train with friends before leaving for college. You can coordinate your own private group of friends, roommates, teammates, sorority sisters, fraternity members, or classmates and participate together in a customized workshop experience. - Semi-Private Scheduled Sessions
Students who do not have a group of their own can join one of our scheduled semi-private College Safety & Self-Defense sessions. These small-group workshops provide hands-on instruction while allowing participants to learn alongside other students preparing for college.
