Our next Focus series begins on Saturday, December 3rd.
This is an opportunity for color belts or black belts who would like to start training or continue training with Nunchakus, Bo Staff and/or Sword.
Classes will be held on 3 consecutive Saturday mornings: 12/3, 12/10, and 12/17.
Nunchaku classes will be 30 minute session from 10-10:30am. Bo Staff classes will stay at 45 minutes from 10:30-11:15am, followed by 45 minutes of sword from 11:15am-noon.
