The New Year is always a great time to set goals and start anew. However, every goal needs a plan of action to get accomplished. This year when setting goals don’t stop there; write down the objectives and plan of action to accomplish those goals. For example, if your goal is to increase flexibility, perhaps you can set a specific objective to see an increase in your flexibility by a certain date and then derive the action plan of doing specific stretching exercises for 5 minutes a day after each class or before you go to sleep. This will certainly increase your chances of accomplishing that goal!
Also, the new year is fantastic for changing up your outlook and therefore improving your vibe. Take a look at all the blessings in your life and remember that no matter how bad things seem, someone has it far worse.
Take time to list the things you are grateful for and review this list as often as needed to shift you to a state of gratitude. Choosing to have a positive outlook on things will put you in a much happier place in life!
