The next cycle of our Elite program will feature training with two world champions.
Jackson Rudolph, a member of the world-renowned Team Paul Mitchell Karate who holds 58 world titles in forms and weapons, will be teaching Bo Staff.
Mieke Rosecrans, who holds 21 world titles, will be teaching performance kicking and tactics to gain competition edge in tournaments. Classes will cover how to stretch and train to be able to do performance kicks as well as competition do’s and don’ts.
Elite is a program for students who want to take their martial arts to the next level and is available by invitation or interview only. The next Elite cycle begins September 14. See the flyer below and then stop by the front desk for more information.
