Get your Saturday mornings off to a fun and energetic start with our Dance Fitness Booty Camp!

Starting September 9, join instructor Donna Webb for our music-driven dance fitness booty camp. A variety of dance genres (including ballet fitness, belly fitness, and Zumba) will be combined with full-body strength training without weights. The class is open to the public and no previous dance experience is necessary.

This class, held on four Saturdays, will be intense because it’s designed to rev up your metabolism for an optimal fat burning response. You’ll feel more powerful from the inside out, and the different training modalities will shape-shift your body into a leaner, more muscular you!
