Join Ms. Donna Webb every Wednesday night for the new Challenge Series. It’s the toughest workout you’ll ever love! Each month will bring a new challenge and a new fitness focus, complete with education, motivation, and inspiration… and a lot of hard work! The benefits will be measurable and beneficial. You’ll set and achieve goals, and increase strength as you decrease fat.

September’s evening challenge is Dynamic Stretch. Each class will incorporate dynamic movement that will increase your range of motion and flexibility, which will improve performance in daily functionality, fitness and/or sport. You will strengthen and lengthen all of your muscle groups, creating balance in your entire body.

The noon Challenge class will be a barre fitness bootcamp. This is a ballet/Pilates/fitness-inspired workout to blast the fat and build long, lean muscles, targeting abs, butt, and thighs. You will be amazed at the transformation of your body in 4 weeks!
