Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey, getting back to regular exercise after a long hiatus, or are post-natal, our educational workshop will teach you the basics and prepare you for transitioning to a group fitness class. Topics include:

  • Injury prevention
  • Maintaining proper form
  • Managing soreness
  • How to modify exercises for your body
