TKD members, join us for our one‑hour sports-specific TKD training that will help you increase your strength, conditioning, and agility for Spring Nationals and overall Taekwondo improvement.

Attendees must bring shoes to every session. Mature kids, teenagers, and color belts must receive prior approval from Master P before registering. Recommended and above kids and adults do not need prior permission to register.

The training will be held from 9-10am every Saturday through March 25 (see flyer for dates). If you didn’t sign up in advance for the entire bootcamp series, you are still welcome to join us on a drop-in basis.
