Jiu Jitsu

Jiu Jitsu training is incorporated as a part of our Taekwondo program.

We believe it is important for all our students to be able to defend themselves both standing up as well as on the ground.

As part of our Jiu Jitsu curriculum, we teach self-defense techniques such as joint locks, arm bars, grappling, pressure points, and chokes from the ground position.
