Our early morning Spin and Weights class provides an intense cardio workout on an indoor cycle while accommodating participants of all fitness levels.

This class blends high-calorie-burning interval training on the cycle combined with cross training (using weights, TRX, body weight, and plyometrics) to efficiently build muscle so you can get your cardio and your weight training done in one class. A great way to start the day!
